FSA Guest Speaker - First Sergeant Leadership & Self Care (Sources Sought)

The United States Air Force is seeking a guest speaker to provide training to First Sergeant Academy students on leadership and self-care. The contractor will be required to provide a two-hour instruction on First Sergeant leadership and self-care, delivered across 7 scheduled training sessions within each period of performance year. The contractor must have experience serving in a First Sergeant functional role and have managerial experience and oversight over First Sergeants. The contractor will be required to provide digital copies of course preparatory work, presentation materials, and workbooks, and to incorporate exchanges that will enable each member to become more self-aware of strengths and areas for improvement.
