Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to supply Dressing, Drawtex 4in x 4in, 10ct. The solicitation is for a commercial product, and the Government will award a contract to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation factors will include technical, past performance, delivery, and price. The contractor shall ensure that all pharmaceutical products provided under the resulting purchase order include bar code labeling at the unit-of-use package level.
• The bar code labeling must be in a linear format that conforms to all GS1-128 or Health Industry Business Communication Council (HIBCC) standards.
• The bar code symbology must comply with all GSI or HIBCC parameters.
• The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that bar code labels meet the quality requirements prior to shipping pharmaceutical products.
• The contractor shall provide a firm commitment of availability and price just prior to purchase order.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations applicable to its performance under this contract.
