Replace HVAC Units for 10 Group Homes - St Charles Habilitation Center

The State of Missouri Office of Administration is seeking contractors to renovate the Marshall Readiness Center. The work includes converting existing locker rooms into office space, upgrading men’s and women’s restrooms, replacing two clerestory windows with louvers and motorized dampers, adding a new fan‑coil unit, installing new lighting in the newly created office areas, and performing exterior upgrades such as replacing the low‑rise roof with TPO roofing, new gutters, and downspouts.
