Emergency Veterinarian Services

The Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service (SCRAPS) is seeking to establish contracts with qualified emergency veterinary clinics to provide after-hours and critical care services for animals in emergency situations. The services are intended for cases beyond the scope of on-duty staff, including life-threatening injuries or conditions. The contractor must provide emergency care for animals in life-threatening or critical condition, including stabilization, pain management, and life-saving treatment, and human euthanasia. The contractor must also comply with Washington State veterinary regulations and Spokane County animal welfare standards.
