• Optional items to be quoted: 8‑hour operator/mechanic training, cargo‑deck extension, hydraulic‑oil pre‑heat system.
• Vendor must provide full warranty (≥ 1 year), pre‑delivery inspection support, and adhere to delivery schedule (≤ 210 days after PO).
• All bids must be emailed; only one bid per email; required forms and Addendum #1 must be included.
• Evaluation based on lowest responsive and responsible bid; no cash‑discount factor; tie‑breaker by coin‑toss.
