Lawn Care Services

The State of Arkansas, Office of State Procurement, is seeking a contractor to provide lawn care services for the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment. The services include mowing, edging, trimming, and leaf removal. The contractor must have two years of experience providing similar services and must possess the necessary licenses and permits. The contract will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to six additional years. The contractor will be required to provide a monthly invoice and must be registered as a vendor to receive payment. • The contractor must provide mowing services on a seven-day interval during the months of March through November and twice monthly on a fourteen-day interval during the months of December through February. • The contractor must provide edging services at the same time as mowing services. • The contractor must provide trimming services in all areas not accessible by mowers. • The contractor must provide leaf and light debris removal services with each mowing service.
