Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of performing maintenance and service for Siemens Ysio Diagnostic Radiology Equipment. The selected vendor will provide a 1-year comprehensive coverage for maintenance and service, including OEM planned maintenance, routine system calibration tests, quality assurance evaluations, and unscheduled repair visits. The vendor must also provide technical support, including unlimited calls for customer and service support, and meet specific performance objectives, such as a 97% uptime guarantee and a 30-minute response time for customer service concerns.
Key requirements include:
• Providing a 1-year comprehensive coverage for maintenance and service of a Siemens Ysio Diagnostic Radiology Equipment and 2 imaging detectors
• Meeting specific performance objectives, such as a 97% uptime guarantee and a 30-minute response time for customer service concerns
• Submitting a service report and checklist to the Lawton Service Unit Biomedical Engineering Department within five business days after services rendered
• Notifying the Lawton Indian Hospital Biomedical Engineering Department prior to performing any services
• Remitting an original and two copies of the invoice to the IHS Oklahoma Area, Financial Management department
