The City of Salina is seeking contractors to paint its overpass bridge, including concrete decks, bridge fencing, and all associated light‑fixture housings. The scope requires the application of a Tnemec coating system (primer, intermediate, and finish coats) to concrete surfaces, limited surface‑preparation of woven‑wire mesh, touch‑up painting of fence poles, and repainting of 46 powder‑coated aluminum light poles.
