Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to ScriptPro USA, Inc. for the upgrade of ScriptPro Pharmacy Automation Systems at various VA medical centers. The upgrade includes the installation of Windows 11 operating system, replacement of workstations and printers, and migration of data from the current system. The contractor must provide all necessary hardware, software, and labor to complete the upgrade. The VA requires the contractor to comply with various regulations, including those related to cybersecurity, product integrity, and virus protection.
• The contractor must provide a completed VA Pre-procurement assessment 6550 Appendix A form.
• The contractor must comply with VA network security regulations according to VA Directive 6500 and 6550.
• The contractor must provide an electronic copy of user/training manual and service manual.
• The contractor must provide all necessary resources to accomplish the deliverables as described in the statement of work.
