Roof leakage inspection and repair

The U.S. Embassy Windhoek is seeking a contractor to inspect and repair roof leaks at four residential properties. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and consumables required to complete the work. The contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Key points to consider: • The contractor must submit a quotation, which will be considered by the U.S. Government. • The quotation must be submitted in English and must include all required documents, such as SF-18, Section A, Pricing, Section L Representations and Certifications, and DBA Insurance Quote. • The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. • A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 16, 2026, at 09h00 local time at 20 Epukiro Street.
