Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a professional design services firm to provide commissioning services for the expansion of the Central Laboratory at 100 Sower Boulevard in Frankfort. The selected firm will be responsible for developing a project-specific commissioning plan, conducting design reviews, and providing commissioning specifications for bidding documents. The firm will also be required to participate in testing and functional testing of building systems. The project has a budget of $219,500,000.00 for construction.

• The project requires a minimum of five years of demonstrated commissioning experience on projects of comparable size and complexity.
• The commissioning authority team should include at least one member certified or accredited by AABC Commissioning Group (ACG) or Building Commissioning Association (BCA).
