Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to perform ship repair, maintenance, and overhaul of the USS HIGGINS (DDG-76) 6C1. The work will be composed of two task group instructions of various ship repair overhaul, preservation, and replacement work onboard the ship. The anticipated contractual Period of Performance (POP) is from 09 SEP 2026 to 02 MAR 2027. The place of performance will be Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Naval Base.
• The contractor must provide all information required by this solicitation no later than 13 JUL 2026 at 10:00am Japan Standard Time (JST).
• The contractor must specify any hazardous material in accordance with FAR 52.223-3 (Hazardous Material ID) and DFARS 252.223-7001.
• The contractor must specify if they anticipate sea transportation in accordance with DFARS 252.247-7022.
• The contractor must acknowledge any amendments to this RFP when submitting their proposal.
