The Kansas Department of Administration, State Employee Health Benefit Plan, is seeking proposals for preferred lab services. The contract period is from January 1, 2027, to December 30, 2029. The proposal should include a technical proposal, cost proposal, and confidential section. The evaluation criteria include cost, experience, and capacity to provide the requested services.

• The bidder should have a minimum of five years of continuous active participation in the applicable industry.
