Description
The U.S. Embassy Juba is seeking a contractor to provide PBX Internet and SIP Trunk Services. The contractor will be responsible for providing a dedicated Internet channel with a minimum uplink/downlink speed of 80/80 Mbps, as well as SIP Trunk Service to support voice and fax communication. The contractor must also provide customer premises equipment, installation, and maintenance of the service. The contract will be for a period of one year, with four option years.
• The contractor must provide a dedicated Internet channel with a minimum uplink/downlink speed of 80/80 Mbps.
• The contractor must provide SIP Trunk Service to support voice and fax communication.
• The contractor must provide customer premises equipment, installation, and maintenance of the service.

• The contractor must ensure 99.97% availability of the service.
• The contractor must provide a 24/7 support center and respond to calls for service within an hour.
