ISO 17025 Accredited Laboratory Calibration Services

The County of San Mateo is seeking a vendor to provide calibration services for various forensic laboratory equipment. The equipment includes pipettes, balances, calipers, thermometers, and other laboratory instruments. The vendor will be required to provide on-site calibration services for equipment located at the Sheriff's Office Forensic Laboratory, as well as calibration services for items that can be shipped. The contract will be for a three-year term, and the award may be split among multiple vendors to ensure all equipment undergoes calibration annually. • The vendor must provide accurate lead times and freight and delivery costs for the items listed. • The vendor must complete the Pricing Bid Table in section 3. • The vendor must upload their competitive quotation. • The equipment is subject to annual maintenance, cleaning, and calibration. • The County will consider cost, conformity to specifications of goods, and product availability when evaluating quotations.
