The work includes removal of existing bird‑netting, pre‑installation inspections, protection of existing equipment, and a 60‑business‑day completion window after receipt of a Notice to Proceed. The contract is a one‑year agreement with a maximum bid price of $461,000 and requires a current C‑2 (Insulation and Acoustical Contractor) license, DIR registration, prevailing‑wage compliance, and a 3 % DVBE participation.
