Statewide New Motor Vehicles Qualified Vendor's List (For Additional Vendors)

The State of Missouri is seeking vendors to provide new motor vehicles for various state agencies. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors, and the state reserves the right to issue subsequent solicitations for the same or similar supplies. The contractor must supply new motor vehicles off the Qualified Vendor's List (QVL) contractor's lot and/or manufacturer designated fleet vehicles. The contractor must also participate in the State of Missouri's Cooperative Procurement Program and provide services on an as-needed basis. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing new motor vehicles off the QVL contractor's lot and/or manufacturer designated fleet vehicles • Participating in the Cooperative Procurement Program • Providing services on an as-needed basis • Ensuring compliance with the Domestic Products Procurement Act (Buy American Act) • Ensuring compliance with the Anti-Discrimination Against Israel Act • Providing a "Vendor No Tax Due" certificate • Registering with the Missouri Secretary of State
