Description
The City of Saco is seeking a vendor to design, supply, and commission a complete Screening Removal System for its Water Resource Recovery Facility. The contract includes two mechanical screens, two washer compactors, an integrated control system, on‑site field services, and the required performance and supply bonds. The project is funded through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, invoking prevailing‑wage and AIS requirements, and all permanently incorporated materials are tax‑exempt.
• Supply and deliver a full screening removal package (screens, compactors, control system) per Specification 11330 and design drawings.
• Provide factory‑trained on‑site representatives for inspection, testing, and operator training.
• Deliver performance, payment, and supply bonds as stipulated; comply with Davis‑Bacon and AIS requirements.
• Submit a single PDF proposal to the designated MWH email by the October 27 deadline.
