The Department of State Hospitals (DSH) in Napa is seeking a qualified contractor to rent a mobile water‑tender truck (minimum 2,000‑gallon capacity, gasoline or diesel) on an as‑needed, 24/7 basis for emergency response across six statewide hospital sites. The contractor must supply the tender, fuel, insurance, personnel, maintenance, and all related equipment, and be able to deploy and retrieve the unit within a 24‑hour response window. The contract runs from September 1 2026 through June 30 2028, with a bid submission deadline of August 12 2026.
