Description
The New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) seeks a professional language service provider to provide Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing Language Access Services. The contractor must perform various services including In-Person Sign Language, On-site Sign Language, Video Remote Sign Language, and more. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2029, with options to renew for two additional three-year terms. The anticipated total maximum available funding is $3,126,000 for the three-year contract term.
• The contractor must have a minimum of five years of verifiable experience providing interpretation services for Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing Language Access Services.
• The contractor must have sufficient organizational capability to provide the contracted services, including experienced project managers and account managers.
• The contractor must have a robust balance sheet to ensure its resilience, with a minimum threshold of revenue to cover the estimated usage under this contract.
• The contractor must demonstrate its approach to ensuring that its language professionals demonstrate and maintain the proficiency levels described in the solicitation.
• The contractor must describe its quality assurance program to ensure continuous service improvement and confidentiality guidelines.
