Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at the Dworshak Lock and Dam. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing cleaning services for various buildings and areas.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing janitorial services for the powerhouse, service buildings, dam area, resource maintenance building, visitor center, and fishing area
• Performing tasks such as emptying trash, cleaning floors, and restocking supplies
• Ensuring all areas are clean and tidy
• Following all safety protocols and guidelines
• Providing services for a period of 12 months, with options to extend for up to 4 additional years
