Contract Svc for Finance & Mgmt Dept-East Side Health Canopy

The City of Columbus Finance & Management Department is seeking proposals from contractors for the repair of the canopy above the main entrance of the East Side Health building. The repair involves fixing the synthetic stucco at the Northwest corner of the soffit and ensuring that the water membrane behind the repair is intact. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and supplies, as well as obtaining and providing all necessary state and City permits. The project should be completed within one month of the PO being created, and the contractor must provide a one-year workmanship warranty.
