Budget estimate

$150,000 – $500,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on the limited scope (single‑site survey, ten‑day performance) and typical rates for hazardous‑material consulting in Hawaii, a reasonable estimate ranges from roughly $150,000 for a small, local firm to $500,000 for a larger contractor that includes comprehensive lab analysis, travel, and reporting costs. Factors influencing the final amount include the number of samples taken, laboratory fees, travel expenses, and any required certifications.
