This solicitation seeks a qualified design‑build entity to design and construct a new Next Generation Transit Facility for Yuba‑Sutter Transit Authority in Linda, CA. The scope includes administrative and operations building, vehicle‑maintenance building, EV and hydrogen fueling infrastructure, parking, a mobility hub, and a new signalized intersection with associated site improvements. The project budget is $50‑$60 million, with a firm‑fixed‑price contract, prevailing‑wage compliance, and full bonding requirements.
