Executive Search Services

The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide executive search services for the Investment Management Division. The selected vendor will be responsible for sourcing and providing a selection of qualified candidates for positions in the Private Market and Special Opportunities units. The contract will be for an initial term of three years with two optional one-year renewals. The vendor must have at least five years of experience providing executive search services and must demonstrate the ability to deliver the full scope of executive search services described in the Scope of Work. • The vendor will be responsible for sourcing and providing a selection of qualified candidates for positions in the Private Market and Special Opportunities units. • The vendor must have at least five years of experience providing executive search services. • The vendor must demonstrate the ability to deliver the full scope of executive search services described in the Scope of Work. • The contract will be for an initial term of three years with two optional one-year renewals. • The vendor must submit a proposal that includes pricing, a description of their experience and qualifications, and a plan for delivering the services.
