This solicitation calls for a comprehensive supply, delivery, and installation of a broadcast‑audio/video system for Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn, NY. The awardee must furnish and install a full suite of professional radio‑equipment—including Wheatstone broadcast consoles, Cisco network switches, PTZ cameras, studio monitors, headphones, and associated cabling—and provide on‑site commissioning, training, and full documentation. The work is to be performed during normal business hours at the AB‑1 building, with strict site‑logistics requirements, safety protocols, and a final completion deadline of October 30 2026.
• Provide all listed equipment (e.g., Wheatstone L‑16, Tekton 32, Cisco C9200L‑24T‑4G‑E switch, Genelec monitors, PTZ cameras, headphones, UPS, etc.) in the quantities specified.
• Deliver, install, program, label, and fully commission the system, including integration with existing WheatNet‑IP and AES67 networks.
