Description
• Install fiber‑optic drops (direct‑buried or conduit) from service points to customer demarcation points. <br>• Perform design, trenching, boring, back‑fill, restoration, splicing (fusion preferred), termination, testing, and GIS as‑built documentation. <br>• Provide required permits, utility locates, traffic control, erosion control, and safety compliance. <br>• Offer optional in‑premise installation, break/fix maintenance, and customer outreach services (priced separately). <br>• Submit a per‑address price (base and optional length‑tier pricing) and optional service pricing via Exhibit A. <br>• Contract term: 1 year, renewable annually; performance bond, insurance, and prevailing‑wage requirements apply.
