Construction Management Services for Taxiway F, SSCP and Terminal MPOE at the Long Beach Airport

The City of Long Beach is seeking a qualified firm to provide construction management services for the Taxiway F Realignment & Reconstruction project and the Security Screening Checkpoint (SSCP) Improvements and Terminal Networking Main Point of Entry (MPOE) Improvements projects at the Long Beach Airport. The selected firm will be responsible for providing construction management services, including pre-construction, construction, and close-out services. The firm will work closely with the Airport, design consultants, and construction contractors to ensure the projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. • The projects include reducing the width of Taxiway F, improving the SSCP building, and expanding the MPOE data room. • The firm will be required to comply with all applicable codes, regulations, permits, and mitigation-monitoring requirements. • The firm will be required to meet all FAA grant funding requirements and comply with the Prevailing Wage, Disadvantage-Business Enterprise (DBE), and Davis Bacon requirements, as applicable. • The contract will be for a period of two years with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods.
