This solicitation calls for the production of 100,000 three‑panel “Law & Order” roll‑fold brochures for the Air Force recruiting program. The contractor must provide four‑color printing on a press capable of single‑pass operation, apply a satin‑finish aqueous coating on both sides, perform roll‑fold binding and scoring, and package the finished brochures according to strict labeling and palletizing requirements. Finished products are to be shipped to a central warehouse in Menomonee Falls, WI and to 134 recruiting sites nationwide, with recruiting letters included for each site shipment. The contractor is also responsible for providing required paper/stock samples, proof sets, and pre‑press work, and must comply with GPO Contract Terms (Pub. 310.2) and Quality‑Assurance Level 2.
