Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal janitorial services for the Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Juneau, AK. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for janitorial services. The period of performance will be from 04/01/2026 to 03/31/2027 for the base year, with option years from 04/01/2027 to 03/31/2028, 04/01/2028 to 03/31/2029, 04/01/2029 to 03/31/2030, and 04/01/2030 to 03/31/2031.
• The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
• The contractor must provide a statement demonstrating their capability to perform the required scope of work, including relevant experience for the same or similar services within the past two years.
• The contractor must provide pricing for each base and option year.
• The contractor must provide all evaluation criteria in accordance with RFO 52.212-2.
