Description
The University of Wyoming is seeking bids for the General Storage Postal & Shipping Services Renovation project. The project includes all labor, materials, services, and equipment required for the renovation of the General Storage building. The work includes selective demolition, interior wood stud partitions with gypsum wallboard, casework, doors, suspended grid acoustical panel ceilings, tile carpeting, painting, mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical power and lighting, and tele/data systems. The project also includes alteration work such as demolition, HVAC, electrical power/lighting, fire alarm, telephone, and data. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the site, providing temporary facilities, and ensuring safety measures are in place. The project is expected to be completed by August 1, 2026.
