Sprinkler Inspection Services

The Habersham County School District is seeking quotes for sprinkler inspection services at various school locations. The selected vendor will be required to provide inspections, testing, and maintenance of water-based and dry fire protection systems in accordance with NFPA 25. The scope of work includes providing a detailed scope of work, hourly labor costs for scheduled and emergency repairs, and a total cost. The vendor must have been in business for at least 2 years, provide a certificate of insurance, and comply with E-Verify requirements. • The project includes 14 locations: Clarkesville Elementary, Cornelia Elementary, Demorest Elementary, Fairview Elementary, Level Grove Elementary, Woodville Elementary, Hilliard A. Wilbanks Middle, North Habersham Middle, South Habersham Middle, Habersham Ninth Grade Academy, Habersham Central High School, HCSD Facilities and Maintenance Department, and HCSD Transportation Department. • The inspections, testing, and maintenance must be done in accordance with NFPA 25. • The vendor must provide a detailed scope of work, including hourly labor costs and a total cost. • The vendor must have a valid and current license to do business in the State of Georgia.
