Red Bluff River Park Rehabilitation Project

The City of Red Bluff is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of River Park. The project includes renovating an existing parking lot, installing a new spray ground, constructing a bandshell, adding athletic equipment, and building a new pickleball court and restroom. The project must be completed within 80 working days from the date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The bid must include all materials and labor required for a complete installation. • The project requires a pre-bid meeting, although attendance is not mandatory. • The bid must be submitted on the proposal form provided by the City. • The bid must include a list of subcontractors and their scope of work. • The bid must include a non-collusion affidavit. • The bid must include a proposal guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid price. • The City reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the requirements of the RFP.
