Janitorial Service for Development Services Building

The City of Port Arthur is seeking a qualified contractor to provide janitorial services for the Development Services Building. The contractor will be responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash receptacles, as well as providing additional services such as carpet shampooing and window cleaning. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
