Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a vendor to provide one optical emission spectrometer, installation, and training. The spectrometer should meet the specifications outlined in Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics. The vendor will be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as technical capability and price.
