Utility Customer Service Water Meter Reading Services

The City of College Station is soliciting proposals from firms to provide Utility Customer Service Water Meter Reading Services. The selected consultant will be responsible for accomplishing all the services outlined in the Request for Proposal. The City reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is in the City’s best interest to do so. • The services include water meter reading services for the City's utility customers. • The proposal should be submitted electronically through the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (Bidding Portal). • The deadline for written questions is 2:00 p.m. CT on February 23, 2026. • Proposals received after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted.
