The Hacienda La Puente Unified School District is seeking competitive sealed bids to supply new, unused string instruments—including violins, violas, cellos, and double basses—in multiple student sizes, together with required accessories such as bows, cases, chin‑rests, rosin, cleaning cloths, shoulder rests, and hardware. Vendors must submit up to three options per instrument type, adhere to strict specifications (Pegasus models, specific varnish, Thomastik strings, Wittner tailpieces), and provide FOB delivery to any district location within 20 calendar days of purchase order.
