RFP-CH-OP2025-02 Janitorial Cleaning Services Contract

The Okaloosa Gas District is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial and cleaning services for its facilities located in Valparaiso, Fort Walton Beach, and Crestview, Florida. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies to maintain clean, safe, and sanitary conditions at each location. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to extend or terminate earlier in accordance with the terms of the agreement. The contractor will be required to provide pricing by facility and cleaning frequency, and the contract will be awarded based on a competitive evaluation that includes price, experience and qualifications, references and past performance, and work plan and staffing. • The contractor will be responsible for cleaning offices, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and supplies, with the exception of consumable items such as paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, and urinal cakes, which will be supplied by the District. • The contractor will be required to maintain a safety plan and provide proof of insurance and certifications. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and District policies while on District property. • The contractor will be required to provide monthly invoices and payment will be made by the District within thirty days of approval of the invoice.
