Career Transition Seminar

The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) is seeking a contractor to provide career transition seminars for senior military service members transitioning to a civilian career. The contractor will be responsible for developing and delivering a seminar that covers all aspects of career transition, including transition benefits, job assistance workshops, and automated employment tools. The contractor will provide four courses per year, and the period of performance is five years with one base year and four option years. • The contractor must have experience in providing career transition seminars or similar services. • The contractor must have a thorough understanding of the career transition process and the needs of senior military service members. • The contractor must be able to develop and deliver a high-quality seminar that meets the requirements of the NSWC. • The contractor must be able to provide four courses per year, with the first course starting on 02 February 2026 in Dam Neck, Virginia.
