The USDA-FS CSA Intermountain 4 is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at the Saguache Ranger District on the Rio Grande National Forest in Colorado. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, from April 15, 2026 to April 14, 2031. The solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns, and the applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing janitorial services, including cleaning and maintenance of the Saguache Ranger District office.
