Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking bids for the supply of miscellaneous oils and lubricants for vehicles. The successful bidder will be required to provide a range of products, including windshield washer fluid, coolant, engine oils, and transmission fluid, among others. The bidder must also provide delivery services and product MSDS sheets in electronic format. The contract will be for a period of one year or until funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first. The purchase order is not to exceed $25,000.00.
• The bidder must submit a price list with their bid.
• The bidder must provide product information and MSDS with the bid.
• The bidder must submit an itemized price list with invoices for payment approval.
• All pricing must remain firm during the term of the purchase order.
• Services and orders are to be provided after prior departmental approval.
