Description
The Liberty Public School District #53 is seeking a full‑service commercial bank to provide comprehensive banking and depository functions for the District. The contract will cover account management, cash handling, online banking, ACH/wire services, positive‑pay, overnight investment (repo sweeps), and related reporting for multiple accounts (General Operating, Nutrition Services, Debt Service, and Controlled Disbursement). The selected bank must meet strict security, compliance, and insurance requirements, provide same‑day deposit availability, and submit a $2,500 bid bond. The term is one year beginning July 1 2026 with up to four renewal options.
• Manage all District accounts, including nightly repo sweeps and zero‑balance controlled disbursement.
• Deliver monthly statements, online reporting, positive‑pay, and secure cash‑deposit materials at no charge.
• Provide ACH, wire, and short‑term loan services, maintain required insurance, and comply with Missouri public‑sector procurement statutes.
