The City of Winston-Salem is seeking bids for furniture for its Utility Field Operations department. The bid includes various types of chairs, desks, tables, and other furniture items. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and insurance necessary to complete the project. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and received by the City/County Purchasing Department by 10:00 AM on March 17th, 2026. • The bid includes 71 Lavo Task Chairs, 34 Wit 4-leg Side Chairs, 8 Lavo Task Chairs with mesh back and upholstered seat, and other furniture items. • The successful bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the City's Non-Discrimination Policy. • The bidder must also provide a warranty for all parts and labor for a minimum of one year. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make the award in the best interest of the City.
