Blanket Purchase Agreement - Medical Gas and Dry Ice - AFB Aviano Italy

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for medical grade gases and dry ice for general clinic operations at Aviano Air Force Base in Italy. The contract is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and will have an ordering period from April 02, 2026, through April 01, 2031. The contractor will be required to deliver medical grade gases and dry ice on a weekly schedule and in compliance with all local laws, regulations, and specifications established for distribution. • The contractor must have a DUNS number, a cage code, and be registered in WAWF to be considered for issuance of an agreement. • The government will evaluate quotes based on price, technical acceptability, and conformity to the solicitation. • The contractor will be responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this announcement.
