Isotope Analysis of Atmospheric Trace Gases

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide isotope analysis support to the Global Monitoring Laboratory (GML) in Boulder, CO. The contract will be an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed-priced task orders. The contractor will be required to provide isotope analysis services, and the estimated quantities listed are not reflective of future Government requirements. • The contract is not set-aside for small business concerns. • The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. • The full text of provisions and clauses can be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. • The contractor will be required to provide unit prices for the services. • The resulting IDIQ shall not exceed the maximum contract amount listed under CAR 1352.216-75.
