One-Stop Operator

The Delaware Workforce Development Board is seeking a qualified entity to serve as the One-Stop Operator to support the administration of a comprehensive, integrated workforce development system across the state's four American Job Centers. The One-Stop Operator will ensure coordination, collaboration, and continuous improvement among required WIOA partners to deliver high-quality services to both job seekers and employers. Key responsibilities include system coordination and management, leadership engagement and policy implementation, continuous improvement and professional development, data collection, analysis, and reporting, and governance, compliance, and documentation. The selected entity will be responsible for facilitating strategic alignment of services and policies, creating and maintaining an environment of collaboration and open communication, and ensuring consistent delivery of services across American Job Centers. • System Coordination & Management • Leadership Engagement & Policy Implementation • Continuous Improvement & Professional Development • Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting • Governance, Compliance & Documentation
