The State of New Mexico, through the Department of Transportation, is establishing a statewide indefinite‑quantity price agreement for emergency repair and debris‑removal services after disasters. The contract will cover a broad suite of activities—from hazardous‑tree removal, vegetation and debris collection, DMS/FDS site management, sediment and asphalt removal, to road grading, erosion control, fence and gate replacement, and specialized environmental remediation tasks. Contractors will submit unit‑price proposals for each line‑item and may be called upon by any state, local, or tribal agency for work arising from FEMA‑funded or other disaster response efforts. The agreement runs for one year with up to seven one‑year renewal options, allowing long‑term partnership for repeated disaster events.
