Description
National Park College is seeking a single‑source contractor to provide full‑service exterior way‑finding signage for its 130‑acre campus. The scope includes on‑site analysis, ADA‑compliant design, fabrication, and installation of exterior signs across approximately 32 campus buildings. All four categories (survey, design, fabrication, installation) must be bid together on an all‑or‑none basis, with the contract anticipated to start in April 2026 and close out by mid‑2027. The agency will evaluate technical capability, proximity, capacity, and sample quality, and the award will go to the highest‑scoring responsive bidder.
• Conduct site surveys, conflict checks, and develop location plans for way‑finding signage.
