Description
The Comptroller of Maryland is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Cisco Smartnet Maintenance coverage for the period of February 15, 2026, to November 14, 2027. The contract is limited to certified small business vendors and only Master Contractors awarded under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012 contract are eligible to submit a bid. The scope of work includes providing product specifications, installation and training services, and manufacturer's extended warranty. The evaluation criteria include conformance with technical specifications, price, and other factors.
• The contract is for a period of 22 months.
• The Comptroller of Maryland reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity.
• The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer.
• The Master Contractor must provide a screenshot of the manufacturer's suggested retail price with the bid.
• The contract is subject to the requirements of COMAR 21.05.13.06.
