N041--REPLACEMENT PURCHASE and INSTALL OF 12.5 TONRTU-HVAC UNIT

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace a 12.5 ton RTU-HVAC unit at the VA San Diego Healthcare System. The contractor will be responsible for conducting a site survey, removing the existing unit, and installing a new one. The work must be performed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and the contractor must obtain all necessary licenses and permits. The contractor will also be responsible for testing, startup, and commissioning of the new unit. • The contractor must conduct a site survey to gather information for the new replacement unit. • The contractor must remove the existing unit and properly dispose of all removed equipment. • The contractor must install a new RTU-HVAC unit, including all required mounting hardware and accessories. • The contractor must provide and complete all required electrical connections. • The contractor must perform testing, startup, and commissioning of the unit. • The contractor must remove all trash, debris, and surplus materials from the site.
